Thousands spent the day at Decathlon Wednesbury on Saturday (23rd July) enjoying a range of free sporting activities alongside Olympic athlete Kelly Sotherton and Olympic swimmer James Kirton.  Families tried rock wall climbing, a surf simulator, rugby challenge, speed cage at the Axletree Way Retail park store.

Guest star Birchfield Harriers and Olympic and World medallist Kelly Sotherton spent time with families taking part in various challenges whilst taking a break from training towards gaining a London 2012 team place in the 400metres.
